• The finalised return date for full in-person Sunday ministries will be 30 January.

• This dates was decided based on two reasons.

  1. The current expectation is that this will be past the peak of the Omicron-related infection numbers.

  2. School will have returned and the expectation is that it will be back in-person. This means that if parents are willing to have their children attend school, which is a venue of significantly higher infection risk, there is no reason for parents to remain home away from in-person children’s ministries.

• The 9am, 10:45am services and 10:45am children’s ministires will resume in-person on this date and the livestream of the worship service will be switched off.

Our AGM will proceed this Sunday (16 January) at 12:15pm with a hybrid in-person/Zoom format.

• For those of you attending in-person, please let Pastor Steve know you will be present at church by replying to this email, as we need to prepare booklets, but do not want to make unnecessary prints.

• For those attending through Zoom, please log in separately for each individual as we need accurate attendee counts for voting purposes.

• The Zoom Meeting details are available in the email from Pastor Steve, please contact him if you do not have access to them.

Working Bee to prepare church facilities for our recommencement of in-person services on the 17th of October.

From Sunday the 4th of April 2021 (Easter Sunday), there will be a full return to on-site church. This includes the Hope Kids and Hope Créche services. more. We will be having two services (9am & 11am) to adequately cover for social-distancing requirements. The worship service will no longer be live streamed but a recording will be made available following the service.

There will be a Good Friday service on-site on Friday the 2nd of April at 10:30am. The service will not be live streamed.

• This will be held on Sunday, 17 January 2021 at 2pm.

• It will be both in-person at church, and through Zoom for those who cannot be on-site.

• For those who will be joining through Zoom, YOU MUST KEEP YOUR CAMERA ON & HAVE YOUR FACE VISIBLE for the duration of the meeting.

• As we will be voting individually, those joining through Zoom CANNOT JOIN AS A GROUP, BUT MUST JOIN INDIVIDUALLY.

• The Meeting ID, Passcode and link can be found in the email.

• This will be held on Sunday, 13 December at 1pm.

• It will be both in-person at church, and through Zoom for those who cannot be on-site.

• For those who will be joining through Zoom, YOU MUST KEEP YOUR CAMERA ON & HAVE YOUR FACE VISIBLE for the duration of the meeting.

Given the latest developments, we will move our SMP to the online space. We’ll have our SMP over Zoom Meetings, as the preference for SMP is a more “intimate” and face-to-face format. SMP will still commence at 8am.
