Our Vision

SLHCC is a community seeking to build up the church of Christ by raising disciples, in this generation and the next, who glorify God and enjoy Him forever.

The steadfast and unchanging vision of SLHCC is to be a church that deepens and matures in our walk with the Lord - both as individuals and as a community together. This is what it means to be a disciple - to follow Christ in all of life both as an individual and in community with other disciples. All that we do is intentionally directed to this vision - in our worshipping of God, in our teaching of Scripture, in our fellowshipping with each other, and in our outreaching to the world

Our Story

SLHCC launched on Sunday, 25 February 2007 in response to God’s leading, and to meet the need for a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural Reformed church in Sydney. Our prayer and hope is that we would be rooted in the living hope that is in Christ alone (1 Peter 1:3-5). SLHCC is a young, growing, and dynamic church with an emphasis on three key areas; to know Christ as He is revealed in Scripture, to love Christ as revealed in Scripture, and to obey Christ as revealed in Scripture.
